Booking, Cancelling and Managing Classes

To book classes you must have a user account with an active

membership or classes available on this account.

You can easily book in to classes by selecting which class you would like to attend from our live scheduler.

You are responsible for the classes you book in to or waitlist for. You can manage upcoming classes through your user account. You must notify SALT pilates + barre if you can not attend class by cancelling or late cancelling your class through your user account.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time you will not be penalized. If you do not cancel within the 12-hour window you will either lose your class credit or be charged a 10$ no show fee for unlimited memberships.

Some of our peak times may be in higher demand. If the class you are planning to book in to is full you may select the waitlist option. On the schedule you will see a W if it is full. You may join the waitlist. You must have a class credit or active membership in order to select the waitlist option. When a spot opens up, we will notify you by email and you will automatically be moved in to the class to attend. It will be your responsibility to monitor your email to know if you got moved from the waitlist to a spot in the class.

Late cancelling is a courtesy to other clients as it allows for your spot to open up to the first waitlisted client. If you no-show you still lose your class and the spot remains vacant when a fellow client could have gotten in to your spot.
